The Spider List has been updated to reflect a number of changes in sizing and availabilty as well as new items and the expected new arrivals. We are now starting to run low on Regal Jumpers (Phidippus regius), so now is the time to get one while they last! We are still waiting on dates for the upcoming shipment which will contain lots of rarely available true spiders, such as Red Widows (Latrodectus bishopi), Ghost Wolf Spiders (Hogna sp. "White"), Velvet spiders (Eresus and Stegodyphus), Golden Silk Spiders (Trichonephila clavipes), Spitting Spiders (Scytodes longipes) and even a new species of Huntsman (Heteropoda sp. "Black Lightning") as well as Trapdoor and Purseweb spiders!! Check out the list for all of the details!

Many of the Scorpions are starting to run low, but new shipments are on their way with plenty of American desert species as well as a few others, including a new Liocheles from the Solomon Islands! We will have two species of Desert Hairy (Hadrurus arizonensis and obscurus), four species of Bark Scorpions (Centruroides gracilis, hentzi, margaritatus and sculpturatus) as well as Dune Scorpions (Smeringurus mesaensis), Deathstalkers (Leiurus quinquestriatus), Southern Fat Tails (Androctonus australis), Striped Tailed Devil Scorpions (Hoffmanius spinigerus) and more Asian Blue Forest Scorpions (Heterometrus cyaneus) coming and have recently added a small number of Emperor Scorpions (Pandinus imperator) as well!! We also still have decent numbers of Dictator Scorpions (Pandinus dictator) in stock for those looking for a breeding project and the juveniles are starting to get some decent size to them as well. Large and impressive, these highly sought after scorpions are difficult to come by and we waited a long time to get them! Available in a range of sizes from babies to adults, there are some for everyone!

We are nearly out of Tailess Whipscorpions, but five species (Catageus sp, Phrynus maesi, marginemaculata, mexicanus and whitei) are on their way as well as Egyptian Camel Spiders (likely Galeodes granti)!! For centipede lovers, be sure to check out our social media pages for some quick snaps of all of the new SE Asian pedes, especially the Borneo Blue (Ethmostigmus sp.) and Sulawesi Giants (Scolopendra piceoflava)!! Though the pictures do not do them justice, they are stunning nonetheless and we have never seen them before in Canada! Cameroon Longtail Centipede babies (Rhysida longipes) are ready to go and we still have some Malaysian Cherry Red Centipedes (Scolopendra dehaani) left as well! The Isopod list has also seen a few minor updates as a few have since sold out and some have been discontinued.

The Reptile list has undergone major changes, mostly to include the upcoming Indo, Nicaragua and SI shipments. We will be accepting deposits for some of these and expect them all to arrive within 1-2 months. We still have a few very rare monitor lizards such as the Gold Spotted Monitor (Varanus boehmei - one left!) and two colour forms of Peach Throat Monitors (Varanus jobiensis)! Be sure to check out the new list right away as there has been a lot of interest in some of these and they are sure to go quickly. We still have 2 Male Caiman Lizards (Dracaena guianensis) left as well, but it will be nearly a year before we get more of these incredibly intelligent and fascinating living dinosaurs! Feeding primarily on thawed snails, they also take ground turkey, chicken breast and hearts as well as egg.

New to the Miscellaneous Goods section are new spiderling enclosures! These are available in 2 sizes (3"x3"x1.5" and 4.5"x4.5"x3") and come complete with substrate! We are also clearing out some critter keepers and will be offering these at discount pricing for pickup and air cargo customers. Though we can also ship these by mail, please be advised that the larger volume may affect shipping rates. Also new are reusable shopping totes at 3$ each or 2/5$. Measuring 13"x13", these polypropylene bags are over 4" deep (ideal for carrying deli cups at expos!) and strong enough for small grocery runs! We have also updated and streamlined the rodent pricing. We will be continuing to stock pinkie, fuzzy, pup, weanling, small, medium, large, XL+ and Jumbo rats as well as all sizes of mice. All other sizes will be available for pre-order only. ASFs will also only be available for pre-order. Prices are now available for prepackaged lots as well and larger orders will be eligible for further discounts - please inquire when ordering.
